Since its beginning in 1987, Discovery Research Group has grown to become one of the largest opinion and marketing research field service firms in the United States, conducting more than three million hours of telephone interviews.
Discovery has built a solid reputation of providing high-quality telephone marketing research for some of the most respected and demanding corporate research departments, consultants, political advisors, public relations firms, advertising agencies and full-service providers in the country.
Our desire in hiring this firm wasn’t necessarily to show our customers or potential customers a bunch of pretty graphs. It was to audit our internal efforts so we could find places to improve.
